To decline a rebate, you must wait 30 days from the claim date for it to appear under the “Needs Approval” tab. Once the rebate appears there, you will have 5 days to process it by either approving or declining it.
To Decline a rebate, you only need to go to Rebate Queue > Needs Approval > Process> Start Issue. If the issue is not resolved within the last few days the rebate will be Declined.
Please note: The rebate will be approved automatically after 35 days if you don't start an issue within this time frame.
