To approve a disputed rebate, go to "Disputes" on the "Rebate Queue" section and click on "View Discussion".
If you do recognize the order just click on "Cancel Issue" and the rebate will be approved and paid to the buyer!
Please Note: To resolve a disputed rebate, you have a timeframe of 35 days. If within that timeframe the dispute/issue is not resolved, the rebate is declined by our system.
