In case you have to reach out to a buyer, you can always contact the buyers through our messaging system by going to your "Rebate Queue" section and clicking on the "Message Buyer" option.
When contacting a buyer, please keep in mind that there are certain actions that are allowed and others that are not. For instance, you may reach out to request information related to your product or to ask for proof of purchase if an order cannot be located.
However, buyers should not be contacted to request reviews or personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers. You should also avoid sharing external links to collect this information.
Finally, offering or providing extra rewards or any form of monetary compensation in exchange for reviews is not permitted.
