To set your campaign offline you will need to go to your "Online" campaign section and, under "Actions", you will need to click on "Set Offline".
We recommend setting your campaign offline if you want your campaign to be temporarily inactive.
You can set your campaign back online as long as you don't edit the price, marketplace, amount, etc. If you do, it will be sent for approval.
In order to end your campaign, you will need to follow the same process mentioned before, however, this time you will need to click on "End Campaign".
Unlike setting a campaign offline, ending a campaign is permanent and cannot be undone. You will not be able to run the same campaign again.
Please note: Any unused funds from your campaign will be transferred to your General Wallet, from there you will be able to Request a Refund.
