There are several reasons why your campaign may be declined. Review the list below and make the necessary adjustments to get your campaign approved.
Campaign basics:
A price discrepancy between the marketplace and RebateKey.
The main image is different from the product listed.
The seller/brand does not match the one on the marketplace.
The campaign name does not specify the variation offered.
Multiple campaigns:
There can be only 1 online (running) campaign per unique product.
URL errors:
URL provided shows too many similar items.
URL shows an error or does not lead to the product.
URL leads to an intermediate page like Facebook, Messenger, is an SFB URL, etc.
URL provided does not lead to the correct product variation.
URL provided has too many hijackers.
Category:
The product is in the category of mature/adult content.
Location:
The product is in a foreign marketplace.
If your campaign has been declined, it appears in your Campaign Section under the "Incomplete" tab. From there you can see the reason why your campaign was declined.
Once you are aware of the issue, click on "Actions" to edit your campaign and adjust the problem. Don't forget to submit your campaign after you've adjusted it.
