This article covers solutions to the most common issues sellers encounter on RebateKey.
My campaign was declined
Campaigns are reviewed by the RebateKey team before going live. Common reasons for a campaign being declined include:
The product URL does not lead to the correct listing
The product price does not match the listing price on the marketplace
The product violates RebateKey's Terms of Service
Missing or incomplete product information
Review the decline reason provided, correct the issue, and resubmit your campaign.
My wallet balance is insufficient
Your campaign goes offline automatically when your wallet balance runs out. To keep your campaigns running:
Add funds to your wallet via credit card or bank transfer
Monitor your wallet balance regularly in the Wallet section
Your campaign will resume automatically once your wallet is funded
A buyer is disputing a rebate
If a buyer disputes a rebate, you receive a notification. Go to Rebate Queue > Recent Rebates > View Discussion to review the dispute and respond. You can approve the rebate, provide evidence, or decline with a valid reason.
I cannot log in to my account
If you are unable to log in:
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password
Check that you are using the correct email address associated with your seller account
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, make sure you are entering the correct verification code
If you are still unable to access your account, contact RebateKey support
My campaign is not getting rebate claims
If your campaign is live but not receiving claims, consider the following:
Increase the rebate percentage β higher discounts attract more buyers
Make sure your product images and description are compelling
Check that your product URL is working correctly
Try increasing the number of daily rebates offered
