RebateKey keeps you informed about important account activity so you never miss an update. You can control which notifications you receive and how they are delivered.

There are two types of notifications available: System Notifications (email) and Browser Notifications. You can manage each type separately.

System Notifications (Email)

System notifications are sent directly to your email inbox. These keep you updated on important activity related to your account and campaigns.

To manage email notifications:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Navigate to the System Notifications section.

  4. Toggle the notifications you would like to receive on or off.

  5. Click Save to apply your preferences.

Available email notification types:

  • RebateKey Updates – Receive the latest news and announcements from RebateKey.

  • Rebate Claimed – Get an email each time a buyer submits a rebate claim for one of your campaigns.

  • Rebates Approval Reminder – Receive a daily email if you have pending rebates that require approval.

We strongly recommend keeping Rebate Claimed notifications enabled so you can respond quickly to buyer activity.

Browser Notifications

Browser notifications appear directly in your web browser (when enabled), even while you are logged into the platform.

To enable browser notifications:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Notifications.

  1. Enable Browser Notifications.

  2. Make sure your browser allows notifications for RebateKey when prompted.

Browser notifications may include:

  • Campaigns going online or offline

  • Approved rebates

  • Wallet transactions

  • And other important account updates

Browser notifications provide real-time alerts so you can take action immediately.

By customizing both your email and browser notifications, you can stay informed in the way that works best for you.
