Protect Your RebateKey Seller Account

Keeping your RebateKey seller account secure is important. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code in addition to your password when you log in.

How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account.

  2. On the right-hand side of the screen you will see the Two-Factor Authentication section. Click the Enable button.

  3. Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) and scan the QR code shown on screen.

  4. Enter the 6-digit verification code from your authenticator app to complete setup.

  5. Save your backup codes in a secure location. These can be used if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Security Best Practices

  • Use a strong, unique password for your RebateKey account

  • Enable 2FA to help prevent unauthorized access

  • Never share your login credentials or verification codes

  • If you suspect unauthorized activity, change your password immediately and contact RebateKey Support
