The dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to your RebateKey seller account. It provides a quick overview of your account activity and key metrics.
Dashboard metrics
Your dashboard displays the following information at a glance:
Active campaigns - The number of campaigns currently running and visible to buyers on the RebateKey marketplace.
Pending approvals - Campaigns you have submitted that are waiting to be reviewed by the RebateKey team. Campaigns are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
Issues - Rebates that have an open dispute or issue that needs your attention. Review these promptly to avoid automatic decisions by the system.
Messages - Unread messages from buyers. You can respond to buyer questions and rebate inquiries directly through the messaging system.
Quick actions
From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to:
Create Campaign - Start setting up a new campaign
Rebate Queue - View and process claimed rebates
Wallet - Check your balance and manage payment methods
We recommend checking your dashboard daily to stay on top of pending rebates, messages, and any issues that require action.
