RebateKey supports Walmart as a marketplace for your campaigns. This guide covers the key details specific to setting up a campaign for a Walmart product.

Before you start

Make sure your Walmart listing is live and publicly accessible. You will need:

  • Your Walmart product listing URL

  • The exact listing price (before any discounts)

  • Product images (you can upload them manually)

Creating your Walmart campaign

1. Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign.

2. In the Basics tab, enter your product name and description. Select Walmart as the marketplace.

3. Enter your Product ID to prevent repeat buyers from claiming multiple rebates on the same product.

4. Upload your product images manually from your computer.

5. In the Settings tab, enter the full listing price. Set your rebate percentage, frequency, and delivery mode.

6. Paste your Walmart product URL in the Product URL field. Test the link to make sure it goes directly to your listing.

7. Preview your listing, complete the payment, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Submit Campaign.

Tips for Walmart campaigns

  • Walmart does not use ASINs. Leave the ASIN field blank and use the Product ID field instead.

  • Make sure your listing price on Walmart matches the price you enter in the campaign settings. A mismatch may cause your campaign to be declined.

  • If you are running a rollback or promotion on Walmart at the same time, set the rebate price after discount accordingly.

Campaigns are typically reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
