RebateKey supports eBay as a marketplace for your campaigns. This guide covers the key details specific to setting up a campaign for an eBay product.

Before you start

Make sure your eBay listing is live and publicly accessible before creating your campaign. You will need:

  • Your eBay product listing URL

  • The exact listing price (before any discounts)

  • Product images (you can upload them manually)

Creating your eBay campaign

1. Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign.

2. In the Basics tab, enter your product name and description. Select eBay as the marketplace.

3. Enter your Product ID to prevent repeat buyers from claiming multiple rebates on the same product.

4. Upload your product images manually from your computer.

5. In the Settings tab, enter the full listing price. Set your rebate percentage, frequency, and delivery mode.

6. Paste your eBay product URL in the Product URL field. Test the link to make sure it goes directly to your listing.

7. Preview your listing, complete the payment, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Submit Campaign.

Tips for eBay campaigns

  • eBay does not use ASINs. Leave the ASIN field blank and use the Product ID field instead.

  • Make sure your listing price on eBay matches the price you enter in the campaign settings. A mismatch may cause your campaign to be declined.

  • If you are running a promotion or coupon on eBay at the same time, set the rebate price after discount accordingly.

Campaigns are typically reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
